Formula Porsche

Have you ever compared the spectacle of a MotoGP race versus a Formula 1 race? Noticed any differences? That's right, where as in a MotoGP race you will find battles for position throughout the field and race, a formula 1 race is more like procession and if there does seem to be a battle developing on track the following car can't get near enough to the car in front because it's turbulence is reducing downforce making it almost impossible for the following car to overtake.

This blog is about a racing class which is tremendously quick, yet tailor made to provide as much close racing as possible while being relatively affordable. A standard chassis and a mass produced race ready engine, will keep the field tight and cost down. Furthermore a very restricted aero package and closed wheels design will allow cars to race closely behind and next to each other to allow exciting wheel-to-wheel action all over the track.
